We All Lead is a comprehensive wellbeing and leadership framework that builds upon existing First-Year Experience programming to tackle the interconnected challenges most impacting student success — mental health, belonging, life purpose, and wellness — through a proven model now expanding to campuses nationwide.
CRM for Campus Nervous System Resilience & Mental Health
Drawing on the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)®, students develop a practical, neuroscience-based toolkit for understanding and regulating their own nervous systems. CRM gives students a common language for recognizing when they’re struggling and concrete skills for finding their way back to their resilient zone — building the inner stability that makes everything else possible.
Circles of Trust and Dialogue
Rooted in Circles of Trust and Kaleidoscope practices, We All Lead creates intentional space for the conversations that matter most. Students gather in facilitated circles where the issues pressing on their lives — identity, values, belonging, purpose — can be named and explored honestly. It is here that dialogue shapes mindsets, informs values, and supports the kind of sense-making that helps students understand who they are and how they want to show up in the world.
Climate action through time in nature
Service in Nature & Climate Action We All Lead grounds students in something larger than themselves through direct engagement with the natural world and community-based climate action. By connecting ecological belonging with service learning, students develop a sense of place, purpose, and responsibility — discovering that caring for the earth and caring for one another are the same practice. This furthers ecological understanding of the interconnectedness in nature, as nature.
